
This course concentrates on Buddhist meditation practices that may be suitable for beginners. Instruction and readings from selected texts will be discussed to illustrate how such practices were undertaken in the past, and how they might best be applied now, especially by laypeople. The course’s objective is to help participants experience more of life’s meaning and value in a sustained way.
