This course explores Buddhist Dharma teachings, and will follow an open-discussion format concentrating on a new topic each week. Most topics will be selected by the participants, prioritizing the issue of regular contemplative practice for laypeople. Here ‘practice’ could mean traditional sitting meditation, but includes simply bringing more focused and informed awareness to all aspects of daily life.
