3 cups baby arugula

6 slices of Bosc pear
Hawiian Dressing
1 tbsp pineapple juice
1/2 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp miso
1 tbsp vegenaise or vegan mayo
dash of sugar
dash of salt
dash of pepper
For the dressing, mix mustard, pineapple juice, miso, sugar, vegenasie, salt, and pepper. Then mix the salad ingredients together. Drizzle the dressing before serving.
